About
What is it about Mountains that makes them so therapeutic?
Is it the contours of a million years, the lushness of the forests, or the sweet scent of a multitude of flowers?
Is it meditative stillness of lakes, the fragile elegance of streams, or the thunderous roar of rivers?
Is it the colours that come alive with a pure drop of rain, or the rain clouds themselves who shroud the many peaks like a guarding a treasure?
Perhaps it's the symphony of songbirds, or also the company of that lonely dog who follows you wagging its tail in joy, as you explore winding trails.
And then there are the blink-and-miss hamlets and the smile that comes so easily and so genuinely to its people, whatever their hardships.
It's all of the above, isn't it?
This summer, let's soak in the magic of the mountains.
